Ms. Frances Coet is the principle CPA and founder of Coet 2 CPA’s, PC – a woman-owned accounting firm, local to the Metro North Denver area for over 30 years. Fran is an award winning CPA and business owner, with more than 40 years of experience in tax and accounting, including having worked with the IRS. She has earned additional accreditation’s on top of her CPA, as being Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (MAFF), and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA). Her knowledge and expertise are well recognized! Fran is not only frequently requested as a keynote speaker at various tax and accounting conferences locally and throughout the region; but she also spends several weeks every year travelling the country, teaching her peers at tax-and-accounting seminars with as IRS-approved continuing education provider.
