Fundraiser to Support Coal Creek Meals on Wheels
Lafayette, CO – April 1 2016 – Coal Creek Meals on Wheels is pleased to announce a fundraiser supporting its mission “to provide daily nutritious meals and related support services to members of our community in need, helping them to live with dignity in their own homes.” Coal Creek Meals on Wheels (CCMOW) is the only delivery meal program that specifically serves homebound clients in Lafayette, Louisville, Erie, and Superior.
