A Colorado native and proud Lafayette resident since 1990, Cherri Jacobs Pruitt is the founder of CJ Connections, an education and consulting practice that helps individuals, workplaces, and organizations move beyond fear and competition to create cultures grounded in care, respect, and shared prosperity. Drawing on more than forty years in public health and community engagement—including twenty years as a federal Maternal and Child Health Consultant—Cherri’s work centers on one simple truth: humans are wired for connection. She engages locally and nationally as Colorado Chapter Leader with the Premise Institute, Chair of Lafayette’s Human Rights Board, and Ambassador for the Foundation for Social Connection. She also hosts The Power of Partnership Podcast, highlighting global changemakers advancing care and cooperation in their communities.
